Returns & Exchanges Policy

Domestic (U.S.):
• 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• New/unused, with original packaging and tags.
• Refund or exchange available (subject to stock).
• Original shipping is non-refundable. If you use our prepaid label, the cost is deducted from your refund.

International (outside the U.S.):
• 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• New/unused, with original packaging and tags.
• Refunds only — no exchanges or store credit.
• Customer covers return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We do not provide prepaid international return labels.

Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
Items must be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received them.
• In original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and inserts included.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email).

Non-Returnable Items
• Final Sale items (including clearance or items discounted >40% unless noted).
• Personalized/engraved/customized items.
• Gift cards and downloadable/virtual products.
• Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page.
Note: For hygiene and safety, visibly worn or altered items may be refused.

Refunds
• After your return is delivered to our warehouse and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Original shipping fees (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable.
• Processing time: 3–7 business days after inspection; your bank may need additional time to post funds.
• Currency & fees: Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Any conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are not reimbursed by Coiro.

Exchanges
United States: Exchanges are possible on a like-for-like basis (e.g., size/color) when stock is available. If an exchange can’t be completed, we’ll issue a refund instead.
International: We do not offer exchanges or store credit for international orders at this time. Please return for a refund and place a new order if needed.

Who Pays What (Cost Coverage)
United States:
• Original shipping: Customer
• Return shipping: If you use our prepaid label, its cost is deducted from your refund; or use your own carrier.
• Duties/taxes: Not applicable for domestic orders.

International:
• Original shipping: Customer
• Return shipping: Customer (no prepaid labels provided)
• Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage and any handling fees: Customer
• If a package is refused or unclaimed due to duties/taxes, the carrier may return it to us. On receipt, we will refund the product price less any shipping, duties, and carrier return fees we incur.

How to Start a Return

  1. Submit a request via our Returns Portal: https://coiroshop.com/pages/refund-policy email us at support@coiroshop.com.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

  3. We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days and send instructions.

  4. Ship the item(s) to the return address provided in your approval email.
    Important: Use a trackable shipping method. Coiro is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  5. Keep your postage receipt and tracking number until your refund is processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We’re sorry if something arrived damaged, defective, or not as ordered.
• Contact us at support@coiroshop.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, clear photos of the issue and the packaging, and a brief description.
Resolution:
• We will replace the item or issue a full refund (including original shipping). In most cases, we do not require you to send the item back; if we do, we’ll provide instructions.

Condition & Packaging Requirements
• Do not return items that have been used, altered, washed, or carry odors/stains.
• Return all original accessories and inserts (e.g., straps, pouches, tags).
• Pack items securely. Damages caused by inadequate packaging may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.

Gifts & Bundles
• Gift returns require the original order number or the purchaser’s email.
• Bundle or kit items must be returned complete; partial returns may be refunded pro-rata only if allowed by the promotion’s terms.
• Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal at customs:
• We will refund the product price less all shipping charges and any carrier return fees and duties/taxes charged back to us.
• We can re-ship on request; new shipping charges will apply.

Warranty & Policy Scope
This Returns & Exchanges Policy covers change-of-mind and fit-related returns. It is separate from any warranty coverage.
