We have a 30 days returns policy from the date of dispatch. * As long as your order has been shipped back to us within 30 days, and we can see tracking, then you still qualify for a return.

Shipping charges and upgardes are not refundable. 

* We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition. In such case we will organize to reship the goods back to the given shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase
