Great Item: Customer Service Leaves A Little Wanting

I love my new attachment, however I originally ordered the Brown bag as my harness is Brown. Since they are by the same company I was excited that they would be matching. When I placed my order there was no mention of the item being out of stock or out of stock soon. I only discovered that the brown bag was out of stock when my order was cancelled a few days later. I reached out asking why the order was cancelled, told it was out of stock, then when I asked a follow up of when the Brown would be back in stock, it took another day to find out it would be the end of May before they would be back.
I wouldn't have minded waiting for the brown bag, but I went ahead and order the Black One as I did NEED an attachment for an additional lens for my wedding days. 5/5 bag, 2/5 for the responses, time it took for the responses, and lack of communication about the bag being out of stock.
